Fresh off a monster $164M fundraising campaign, local mapping services company, Mapbox will be relocating its 200+ employees to 740 15th Street NW in January 2018.
After quickly outgrowing their iconic 14th Street digs known as ‘the Garage’, Mapbox has been leasing temporary space at Logan Exchange while their new 21,000 SF offices are being built-out.
A natural fit for creative users, 740 15th Street underwent a full building renovation in 2016 with the intention of targeting DC’s tech and non-profit community. The building is now close to being fully-leased with the exception of two remaining spec suites on the 3rd and 6th floors.
As Anna Shaffer masterfully reported back in May, 740 15th Street is the ideal blend of modern and historic, boasting exposed brick, steel beams and the original wood and mosaic flooring from 1906.
To get in on the last remaining suites here, or for any other information, please give us a shout!
