2011 Crystal Drive is a JBG Smith-owned building in the heart of National Landing that has long been considered one of the best buildings in the area. It is conveniently located just a few blocks south of the Crystal City Metro and within walking distance to a ton of amenities, restaurants and retail. Tenants in the building come from varying industry sectors, including non-profits, tech, finance and government contractors.
Finding quality built-out space at 2011 Crystal Drive – or in all of National Landing for that matter – has long been difficult. Most of the available space is second generation or in shell condition, so when a quality sublease comes on the market, it is important to act fast.
Just last week a 34,000 square foot block of space on the 10th floor of 2011 Crystal Drive was placed on the market for sublease. This is the best built-out suite with modern finishes and quality furniture available in the area, with stunning views of DC’s skyline.
Built-out just three years ago, the suite has a nice mix of private offices and open workstations and can accommodate 100 – 200 people depending on the furniture layout. Being that it is a top floor in a free-standing building, the suite is flooded with natural light regardless of where you are seated.
There are also varying conference and huddle rooms throughout the space along with a large board/training room that can comfortably seat up to 60+ people. The kitchen also serves as an inviting gathering place with an abundance of seating and views overlooking Reagan Airport and DC’s skyline. Other amenities include lockers and showers within the Premises and a gym in the building.
If you are looking for large, ready-to-go space in National Landing, then this should definitely be on your tour list. Check out the video and photos below, and please email me directly for details on pricing and lease term.
