When you think of jazz a few words come to mind: cool, hip, unpredictable, soothing. And just like a melody from the great Duke Ellington himself, 2121 Ward Court does not disappoint.

From the outside, tucked back in a small thru road just off New Hampshire Avenue, the 6-story building looks unassuming matched up to its peers. Its red brick façade can easily be overlooked, blending in with the neighboring 1980’s properties surrounding it.

But as you approach the back entrance servicing the top two floors, the crescendo starts to amount. What separates this building from the rest is the tank-like freight elevator that services the 6th floor, which will certainly leave an impression on your guests and employees.

Once out of the elevator (which can be branded by the tenant) you are greeted on the 6th floor by three large bay windows that flood the welcome area with natural light. As you make your way through the almost completely open 10,000 SF floor, you get the feeling this isn’t traditional space. The exposed ceilings, rustic feel and industrial composition make this option truly desirable for the creative, out-of-the-box company.

Home to HelloWallet, and just a few blocks south of Dupont Circle, 2121 Ward is a great option for companies looking for a work-live-play environment.
