It’s no secret that the Georgetown-based education technology company, EVERFI has been blowing up. Having already been profitable for years, EVERFI raised a whopping $190 million in Series D funding back in April, adding to its legacy as one of DC’s most promising tech companies.
Along with its growing bank account and client list, EVERI has experienced an increase in employee growth, causing the company to quickly outgrow its waterfront digs, which happen to be some of the swankiest in the city.
Located in the Papermill Building at 3299 K Street, EVERFI’s 23,323 SF space has it all:
Before EVERFI signed its lease in 2014, the space was occupied by the renowned architecture firm, Shalom Baranes. So needless to say, it was already pretty spectacular. EVERFI then hired one of the top tech architecture firms in the city, Wingate Hughes, to take an already cool space and spruce it up even more. This is what popped out:
The space will be available for occupancy when EVERFI’s lease expires in April 2019. For information on pricing and additional building details, please fill out our questionnaire or email us directly!
