Doordash, the $4 billion dollar delivery company, is leaving behind their 50,891 RSF HQ at 901 Market. The space comes fully furnished with 400+ sit-stand desks, 1 boardroom, 24 conference rooms, 12 call rooms, and 5 kitchens (apparently 4 isn’t enough). The space features an outdoor deck with expansive city views, high exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, great natural light, a large open cafeteria/event area with a full bar and kitchen. Large blocks of space within San Francisco remain scarce, especially large blocks that are completely built out and fully furnished. The space doesn’t come available until late 2019, and already has a series of tech firms lining up to take the space over.
