On Thursday, October 25th, the Good Food Accelerator (“GFA”) is holding their first annual fundraiser at 1871, featuring samples from countless GFA graduates and their companies. The GFA is an innovative non-profit fellowship program that gives food entrepreneurs the skills to scale their brands to prime time and helps build supply chains for sustainable local food.
At the fundraiser event, chefs from well-known Chicago restaurants including Heritage Restaurant & Caviar Bar and Kimski will prepare incredible samples and drinks. The world-famous Blommer Chocolate Company generously donated multiple 10-pound chocolate bars to the fundraiser, which will be featured in a free raffle. Sponsors include MillerCoors, Tenzing Wine & Spirits, and Savills Studley. It’s sure to be a great time, full of excellent food and even better company.
If you’re interested in The Taste of the GFA, please don’t hesitate to shoot us an email! We would be happy to coordinate the details and have you as our guest!
