After quickly outgrowing their previous space in Marina del Rey, Dollar Shave Club needed to double their size and find a new home. They previously occupied 26,000 SF of space and doubled into a new 50,000 SF space right next door. They engaged the help of Rapt Studio to design the entire space. The former warehouse was completely gutted and revamped with a massive open floor plan consisting of communal work space, breakout meeting rooms, a massage and relaxation room, a barber shop(!!!), a coffee bar with barista, showers, bike stations and a myriad of other desirable perks for this incredible work space.
This new Headquarters now has all their employees under one roof, as opposed to scattered about, which bolsters efficiency and creativity as they work. The space is scattered with plants throughout as well as floor-to-ceiling garage roll-up doors bringing in a ton of natural light.
