Centrl Office, based in Portland with several satellite locations in the Pacific Northwest, has just signed on for 2 floors in Little Tokyo’s Brunswig Square located at 360 E 2nd Street, totaling approximately 29,000 square feet.

Centrl will be occupying the 7th and 8th floors of the building after their build-out which is estimated to take around 6 months.

Brunswig Square is located in Little Tokyo near the Los Angeles Metro Gold Line as well as the Regional Connector that will tie the Gold, Blue and Expo lines through a 1.9-mile underground rail tunnel in downtown Los Angeles.

The building was originally built in 1931 as a warehouse for the Brunswig Drug Company and renovated in 1986. It stands 8 stories tall and 140,000 square feet.

They now join General Assembly who is the only other tenant in the building.
