Midtown South has far from lost its luster as it continues to land reputable tech, advertising, media and information firms. Most recently MarketFactory, Frame.io and Cubeiq each signed full floor 5,702 square foot leases at the Kaufman Organization’s 45 West 27th Street. Each company will be moving into the building over the course of this summer. Financial technology firm MarketFactory, took the entire 12th floor on a 7-year basis that also comes with a 1,000 square foot roof deck. Frame.io, an information firm, is taking the entire 10th floor of the building for 5 years. Cubeiq took the brand new pre-built space on the third floor for 3 years. The asking rent of these deals ranged from the $60s to low $70s per square foot. The 5,702 square foot full floor presence is in great demand due to the need for brand recognition.
