Savills Studley is pleased to have represented Docler Media who recently took all 33,217 SF of the former prop warehouse that was converted into one of the most unique spaces in all of Hollywood. Nestled between Hollywood and Larchmont, 720 Cahuenga sits in the middle of one of the hottest areas in Los Angeles. With 30 foot bow truss ceilings, polished concrete throughout the entire premises, a plethora of skylights, a 30 foot water feature at the entrance, tons of indoor/outdoor areas, double level conference rooms, and top of the line A/V in the building are just a few of the myriad amenities this property has to offer. It is arguably one of the nicest buildings and spaces in the entire city.

Docler Media is a well-funded, progressive startup based in Los Angeles. A part of the massive Docler Holding group of international companies, Docler is centered around the idea of creating unique, exciting and fun products and services. Docler Media has two locations in Los Angeles including another one in the former SBE headquarters located at 8000 Beverly Drive in West Hollywood, dedicated to its production staff.
