The Harlow – the newest project being delivered by Landlord Hudson Pacific will rise at the Sunset Las Palmas Studio. Adding 128,000 SF to the 15-acre campus, this 5-story building, which will be designed by Rios Clementi Hall Studios, is scheduled to be completed in 2020. The $79 million building currently already under construction sits on a corner of the studio lot at Seward and Romaine streets. Within the 5 stories of space, the mid-rise structure will be highlighted by a large greenhouse-inspired atrium interior, coupled with external balconies, staircases, several outdoor green spaces along with shared workplace areas, on-site parking, bike storage and showers.

Hudson Pacific Properties, the film and TV studio-space behemoth, also the landlord of Netflix just up the street, is planning on building out 575,000 square feet on the 15-acre site.
