Inc. Magazine & Savills Studley Uncover Top DC Companies with Coolest Perks

After weeks of scouring the DC market alongside Inc. Magazine to uncover the top companies in the DC-area with the coolest perks/attributes, we’ve finally narrowed down the finalists. A huge shout-out goes to Tom Popomaronis at Inc. Magazine and the rest of my team at Savills Studley for a truly memorable experience. The feedback was phenomenal, having received over 50 submissions from companies across all industry-types and submarkets.

This piece is a great testament to the thriving business landscape in DC, rich with companies looking to break the ‘traditional’ DC stereotype. Companies are using their space as a platform not only to attract talent, but to showcase their culture and reward high performing employees with creative, comfortable and dynamic work environments.

The demand for creative space has never been greater in the DMV. Landlords are acknowledging this new wave of innovative users and it is making an impact on the product being built throughout the area.
