One submarket that TAMI tenants rarely get to explore is the West Village. When New Yorkers think of the West Village, they think of the awesome restaurants, cool apartments, fun bars, and even shopping. Since office space opportunities are so rare here, many of our tenants don’t even consider it a viable neighborhood for their company. This is largely because the majority of the real estate in this market is dedicated to residential and retail space. However, a brand new sublease in the heart of the West Village hit the market this week. As TAMI tenants compete with Google, Amazon, and Facebook for talent, having your headquarters in one of the trendiest parts of Manhattan is becoming a key part of their recruitment strategy.
This sublease is being offered by Concord Music Publishing with a term that extends through August of 2021. The partial 4th floor unit measures 9,440 rentable square feet and is constructed with several perimeter offices and conference rooms, as well as open areas that could we densified to accommodate more employees. The workspace features hardwood floors, exposed ceilings throughout, white brick exposed walls and an abundance of natural light. The building is located at 214 Sullivan Street between West 3rd and Bleecker Streets. The space comes fully furnished and is available for possession immediately.
